Don't always assume that the fat person sitting next to you is unhealthy. Check yourself first. You might be skinny and look "healthy" but could be more likely to have a heart attack or clogged arteries than the fat person sitting by you.

Yeah this has been in the news from time to time recently. It's really important that folks don't blur the line between appearance and health - especially in our messages to young people. Many of the diets out there do not produce healthy results, although they will help you drop a few (or several few) pounds. Obesity is a problem, childhood obesity is a problem - but obesity must be addressed in a healthy way and for the right reasons - health, not (only) appearance.
