I'm not seeing agreement on ownership in their futures. But if whoever held the deed did indeed transfer ownership to the church at some point, I hope it stands up in court. Not b/c it's the black church vs. the KKK, but b/c if it happened, they need to stick to that agreement. So too, it seems like Howard will continue to be able to operate his store there...
